Sour Diesel is a strain that has been out for some time.  It is a classic sativa that has been used to create new strains from its characteristics.  Sour Diesel, upon initial inspection, is a thick, tight, bud.  A grinder is recommended for most methods.  The fragrance is not distinct.  It is your average high quality cannabis fragrance.

The inhalations are smooth.  The taste is your garden-variety sativa taste.

The highlight of this strain is the relief provided for fatigue. After 1 bowl, an alert and awake feeling relieves the fatigue, depending on your tolerance.  Headaches and spasms are also alleviated.  Pain is not noticeably affected.  There is mild appetite stimulation.

The quality of the elation also rates above average.   It presents a happy mood.  It does not distract from activities.  The elation, with the sedation, is appropriate when seeking relief at social gatherings.

Diablo OG

Diablo OG, upon initial inspection, appears be a good strain.  The buds are covered with trichomes.  Red  hairs are pervasive throughout the bud.  The fragrance is okay.

Diablo OG is a decent strain.  It provides mild relief.  The elation is light and not distracting.  Tasks can be accomplished with this strain without distraction.

Sedation provides mild relief for spasms.  Pain is minimally reduced, if at all, and not relieved.  Appetite is also increased.  It is smooth on the throat during inhalations allowing bigger bowls when preferred.  Insomnia will not be affected with this strain depending on tolerance and dosage, meaning, if you area seasoned user, it will not assist in achieving sleep.  But for new users, increasing the dosage could assist in problems with sleeping.  It relieves daily tension and stress.   But to relieve that, another strain would be recommended.

This strain is recommended for patients seeking a light elation without too much sedation.It can be used socially at a gathering.  It will be useful when seeking relief when doing chores or normal tasks.  Pain relief is mediocre but present on multiple bong hits.  Increasing the dosage could assist in achieving the relief patients seek.

Platinum Sour Diesel

Smoking Platinum Sour Diesel is reminiscent of Sour Diesel.  It provides an easy going elation for a decent duration.  One inhalation using a bong presented a not so pungent fragrance and taste similar to other sativa strains.

The elation is acceptable allowing to accomplish tasks or duties without distraction.  An increase in dosage will, of course, increase the duration and elation, as well as relief.  Pain is not affected similar to other sativas depending on your tolerance.

Your rating will be different depending on your taste, tolerance, and preference.  Platinum Sour Diesel  is appropriate for new users and patients for fatigue relief.  Post your comment on this strain.

Voters In Colorado and Washington Make History

Voters in Colorado and Washington on Election Day in favor of ballot measures that remove criminal and civil penalties for the adult possession of cannabis. The votes mark the first time ever that voters have decided at the ballot box to abolish cannabis prohibition.

Commenting on the historic votes, NORML Deputy Director Paul Armentano said: “Amendment 64 and Initiative 502 provide adult cannabis consumers with unprecedented legal protections. Until now, no state law has defined cannabis as a legal commodity. Some state laws do provide for a legal exception that allows for certain qualified patients to possess specific amounts of cannabis as needed. But, until today, no state in modern history has classified cannabis itself as a legal product that may be lawfully possessed and consumed by adults.”

Green Goblin

Type:  Sativa

Duration: 1.5 – 2.0

Method: Pipe

An initial inspection of Green Goblin presented a fresh, solid bud.  Trichomes and red hairs are obviously visible upon magnifying.  The fragrance is light.  A grinder is probably a good idea for a thorough grind and a good puff.  Upon initial inhalation, a light taste was noticed.  Green Goblin presented a smooth inhale allowing for bigger inhalations.

The sedation is as expected for a sativa.  Green Goblin was not heavy on the body when tested.  It  alleviates fatigue and headaches.  Pain is moderately less with 1 bowl.  Indica would probably be better for pain relief depending on the pain.

Elation is good and noticeable.  Like the taste, elation is pleasant and not heavy, allowing tasks to finish without distraction while medicated.

Green Goblin is a good sativa strain.  Dosage can be increased or decreased depending on your tolerance.  The duration is longer than expected for many.  It assists in alleviating symptoms related to diseases or disorders better than many pills prescribed by a doctor, much like all other strains.  We are not doctors.  We are patients.

Overall, Green Goblin is a good sativa, and does what a sativa is suppose to do.
