Patients across Pennsylvania suffering from 17 qualified conditions, including cancer, Crohn’s disease, and severe chronic or intractable pain will eventually have the freedom to walk into any of the state’s 50 licensed dispensaries and purchase full strength cannabis products. Unfortunately, it could take up to two years before the program is fully functional.
However, for parents of children suffering from seizure disorders, there is provision written into the language of the law that allows them to possess and administer cannabis oil before the product is legally available for sale.
…patients with a recommendation from a doctor will not be allowed to smoke marijuana
…only various cannabis products will be made available, including pill, oil, tinctures, and liquid forms that can be used in vaporizers
…the law also forbids patients from engaging in home cultivation.
Edible forms of marijuana, such as pot brownies and cannabis infused gummy bears, will not be sold in dispensaries, but the law allows patients to produce these items at home.
…patients caught in possession of cannabis buds could still face criminal penalties.
…possession of less than 30 grams of weed is a misdemeanor punishable with 30 days in jail and a maximum fine of $500.
Patients busted for cultivating any number of plants at home could face felony charges

Rosenberg, a former FBI official who was tapped to lead the DEA in May, has come under fire for denying that smoking marijuana can help some medical conditions.
“What really bothers me is the notion that marijuana is also medicinal — because it’s not,” Rosenberg told reporters last week. “We can have an intellectually honest debate about whether we should legalize something that is bad and dangerous, but don’t call it medicine — that is a joke.
“There are pieces of marijuana — extracts or constituents or component parts — that have great promise,” he continued. “But if you talk about smoking the leaf of marijuana, which is what people are talking about when they talk about medicinal marijuana, it has never been shown to be safe or effective as medicine.”
The vote by the court’s criminal chamber declared that individuals should have the right to grow and distribute marijuana for their personal use.
Ohio’s Issue 3 would have made the state the first in the Midwest to legalize the recreational use of marijuana.
The measure was controversial in Ohio due to what opponents called its “monopoly” provisions. The proposed constitutional amendment called for allowing only 10 farms to sell wholesale marijuana — farms owned by the investors bankrolling the campaign.

A cannabis ampule is a small squeezable plastic that contains cannabis extract to be used to refill pen vaporizer tanks instead of e-juice. It costs $40 (US) for a variety of strains.
Pen Vaporizers with cannabis oil are very useful for discreet inhalation with minimal scent. If tolerance to cannabis is high, 1 hit should should be minimal but noticeable. Not every tank will work well, Due to the oil extracted from cannabis, it is richer, thicker, and can cause resin in the vaporizer atomizer causing it to clog.
Ampules can be useful for traffic, meetings, parties, and so on. It can be used before bed. It is useful when packing a bowl is not possible. It is clean, no ashes, no dirty water, no lighter required. Though ampules are satisfying, they are not as potent as a pipe or a bong for a quick lift.

The bill, sponsored by Rep. Helene Keeley, D-Wilmington, allows Delawareans to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and use the drug privately without facing criminal sanctions, although police can confiscate the drugs.
Criminal penalties for simple possession will be replaced with a $100 civil fine. The law takes effect six months after Markell’s signature.
The court ruled that prohibiting possession of non-dried forms of marijuana is “contrary to the principles of fundamental justice because they are arbitrary; the effects of the prohibition contradict the objective of protecting health and safety”.
